Payment

• Full payment in advance is required to reserve your session. Please contact me to get payment details.

• If booking more than 7 days week ahead I will hold your preferred date and time until 7 days before your session. If payment has not been received I will then release the session and you will need to re book.

• If you are booking a session within 7 days I will only hold your session slot once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and I am happy to honour your business as follows.  If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled appointment that might make your visit a bad idea for you and/or me, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact me BEFORE arriving for your session. 

Massage Appointments

24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. 

No-shows
Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage and does not provide 24 hours cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Alcohol/ Drugs

If you arrive for your treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational frugs I reserve the right to refuse treatment and payment will not be refunded.

Vouchers
You may reschedule your massage ONE TIME ONLY; further rescheduling may result in forfeiting your voucher.  24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an a voucher massage. If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance notice your voucher may be forfeited.

Discounted Vouchers

Only one gift youcher may be redeemed per person per year

Prize Draws

Winners of prize draws must book their session within 3 months. You may reschedule your massage ONE TIME ONLY and 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
